• Mortgage money is cheap now! (as if it wasn’t before).
• Buyers have a lot to be excited about.
• We are again witnessing record low interest rates.
• Share holders of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have some wallpaper for their homes (the stock is nearly worthless now).

As you’ve probably noticed, WealthWithMortgage is currently under a redesign.  As you may know, I’m a full time Mortgage Planner here in Des Moines.  Obviously a redesign is a long process (always longer than you plan for)… so I apologize for any issues you’ve had looking at the site.

I’ve (obviously) had some issues with pictures from previous posts being imported from my old TypePad blog.  If you have any suggestions, I’d love to have a quick and easy fix. I’m pretty sure it’s not as quick and easy as I hoped though.

Anyway, I just wanted to publicly acknowledge the redesign and let you know it should be up and running in full capacity in the next couple weeks!

The Big Dream Gathering is an event that is for the dreamers out there.  We’ve all got big dreams.  Some of us act on them, some of us bottle them up and never let them happen.   The Big Dream Gathering is an event where people can come freely, write down their dreams and post them for the world to see!  The process is totally anonymous and a super positive environment. 

When?  Friday, February 8th from 6pm to 9pm.

Why?   Because it’s sure to be an awesome time with a ton of positive thinkers.

One thing I must address (because it’s been asked numerous times), you don’t have to be a member of the church (i’m not).  This is an event totally open to the public, regardless of your religious beliefs.  I really don’t care what your faith is, as long as you have some.
