As I’ve said before, there are tons of opportunities right now in the market for property investors.  After having the same conversation with numerous clients, Four Legacies Mortgage has decided to take the next step in making property investing an easier process.

The conversation I’m talking about is ‘Where can I find these deals?’.  Well, they are all over the place right now. Fortunately, I know some stellar people in the industry that can help us sort through all of the noise.

So, here’s what you need to know – This Friday, we will be having our first investment property tour.  This tour will be presented by Four Legacies Mortgage and it will from now on out be known as the REO Speedwagon. REO of course standing for real estate owned. 

When and Where?  
On Friday, April 25th at 12:30pm we’ll be departing from our office (1031 Office Park Rd. in West Des Moines, Iowa) and touring 10 great investment opportunities.

Why?
Why not!  If you’re looking for financial freedom, investment properties (if done wisely) will yield huge returns.  Plus, if you’re a seasoned investor – you’ll appreciate the organization of the event.  We are streamlining this process to make it a business decision.  Which is the way it should be. 

Who?
Anyone with an appetite for some great real estate investments.

How?
In order to get on the tour, we’ll have to have your pre-approval letter ready.  The only ‘catch’ if there really is any, is that you finance it with the company who organized everything!  Plus, once you buy a property with us, you’ll never consider anything else.

How Much?
The REO Speedwagon is free to ride.  Just make sure that I have all of your information on hand to get things in order for you on Friday!
