Ok – I’m going to go ahead and put you on the spot with a simple question.  Ready?…  When was the last time you heard from the company that closed on your current mortgage?Not by mail, not by a telemarketer to sell you something.. So.. Thinking out loud.. I wonder – Why the heck is this mediocrity so acceptable in  the mortgage industry?  Often, a mortgage is our largest debt we carry.  Why don’t we have it managed like we do by all the big asset management firms?
