It’s often suprising for clients to find that all lenders tend to offer the exact same products and usually are within an .125 in interest rate from day to day. The program in the spotlight today is The Iowa Finance Authoritie’s First Home program. I’ve done my research, and there simply is NO better program available for first time homebuyers. Here’s what they offer:
