Some big takeaways from the story were:
- Mortgage money is cheap now! (as if it wasn’t before).
- Buyers have a lot to be excited about.
- We are again witnessing record low interest rates.
- Share holders of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have some wallpaper for their homes (the stock is nearly worthless now).
